I have been teaching group fitness classes for 21 years now, and love every second of it! I am AFAA certified while also certified in spinning, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, Step, Zumba, and Group weight training. I design my workouts to be challenging and fun, but also to be adaptable to all fitness levels. With this being said I always set my students up for success and never failure. My goal is for everyone to enjoy the workout, and make fitness a part of their lifestyle, rather than an obligation.
My Mat Pilates class is a 60 min class including a total body sculpt/Mat Pilates routine, focusing on core, upper, and lower body. This is a slower paced class that will have you feeling the burn quickly, and will leave you sore (in a good way) the next day! This class takes place in a dim/relaxing setting to help you escape from all your worries and clear your mind.
My cycle class is the complete opposite however! With an upbeat energetic energy I incorporate all genres of music in my cycle classes. Which ranges from hip-hop, R&B, Latin, and pop from all ages! My class is excellent for beginner, intermediate, and advanced clients.
