Growing up playing sports, I can definitely say I have always had a natural passion for fitness. Becoming a Registered Nurse only helped to broaden my knowledge of the human body and my ability to help others reach their fitness goals. I am a Spinning Certified Instructor with a mountain biking background. My rides are designed to enhance strength and stimulate weight loss using interval style training. By incorporating both heavier and lighter gear, we are able to shock the body and create positive results. I use a wide variety of music and music videos ranging from Rock, Hip-Hop, POP, Reggae, and much more from the 80’s, 90’s, and todays.
